An epoxy / acrylic adhesive system used across the electronics industry to create electrical and mechanical connections — from driver electronics to substrates. Conductive particles carry interconnection through the film thickness (Z-axis) while remaining non-conductive in-plane (X–Y), enabling low-height, fine-pitch, high-density assembly.
